Need I register my child for FerieCamp?

Unless the programme stipulates otherwise, no registration is needed. Also, participation is free.

The programmes will be available on the website about one month prior to the camp. Browse through the programmes together with your child, decide wich activities you find exiting. You can turn up whenever you feel like it, though we recommend that your child participate from the beginning, in order not to miss out on important directions.

Sign up for the newsletter and be notified whenever new programmes are available (danish).

What should I consider before my child goes to FerieCamp?

The FerieCamp activities take place all year round – indoors and outdoors. Therefore, it is important that your child brings/wears clothes that match both activity and weather.

It is important that your child brings a packed lunch and drinking bottle. Unless it's stated in the programme, lunch or snacks will not be served.

Can my child participate without me?

It's important to know, that FerieCamp is not to be compared with day-care facilities, and participation is at one's own risk. In case you do not accompany your child, it is important that they can participate independently in the camp activities. Depending on the maturity of your child, we recommend that all kids up to at least 6 years are accompenied by an adult.

Many children will be very capable of participating alone or in the company of a friend. But it will be up to you to assess whether your child is sufficiently mature for participating alone.

We would appreciate that a parent or another relation to the child participates. Certain activities will be well suited for adult participation, where as other activities should be watched from the side line.

If your child participates on its own, please remember to provide your telephone number.
